The Town of Pinedale Planning & Zoning Commission will hold their regular monthly meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026, in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss the following:Â
Pursuant to §160-22, a Conditional Use application regarding Article XIV, §475-110 requesting mixed rental residential use permitted as a conditional use. The application is submitted by Chad Spencer on behalf of Richard N Reese Family, LLC. regarding 777 West Pine Street, currently known as Standard Plumbing.

Pursuant to §160-24, a Special Development Plan application regarding Article XXX Special Development Plans requesting to the placing of two or more structures containing permitted uses on the same zone lot in the following zone districts: R-S, R-1, R-2, R-2A, R-4, MH, C-1 and I-1. The lot is proposed to contain spaces for retail, warehouse storage and residential living quarters. The application is submitted by Chad Spencer on behalf of Richard N Reese Family LLC regarding, 777 West Pine Street, currently known as Standard Plumbing.

The Conditional Use and Special Development Plan applications will be considered by the Pinedale Town Council at 5 p.m. on March 9, 2026. All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear or provide written comments.
