ENGINEERING REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - PATHWAY CONNECTIVITY PROJECT PHASE 1

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for engineering construction administration services for the Town of Pinedale Pathway Connectivity Phase 1 Project in Pinedale, Wyoming.

 

The project generally consists of the construction of approximately four thousand five hundred twenty (4,520) linear feet of a minimum eight (8) foot wide, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) compliant asphalt multi-use pathway.  The project begins at the intersection of South Lincoln Avenue and Pine Street, extends south to Boyd Skinner Park, crosses existing ADA-compliant pedestrian bridges, and continues east through Boyd Skinner Park into downtown Pinedale. The project terminates mid-block between Mill Street and Charles Street, adjacent to the Sublette County Library.  

 

Request for Qualifications packages may be obtained at Town Hall or by email. Proposals will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Pinedale, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941 (Town Hall) until Friday, February 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.  Proposals shall be delivered according to the Request for Qualifications.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale will hold a Public Hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026, in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.


The purpose of the hearing is to discuss an application to the Wyoming Office of State Lands under the Mineral Royalties Grant Program requesting seven hundred forty-two thousand eight hundred dollars ($742,800) in state funding to assist with the construction of a fire suppression water system at the airport, Ralph Wenz Field.

Pursuant to §400-23, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026, in the main conference room of Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following: 

A Subdivision Application for Par Avenue Second Addition

  • the vacation of Lot 4, Par Avenue Second Addition, Block 1

  • the creation of Lot 10 and 11, Par Avenue Second Addition Block 1

 

The application is submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of NC Construction, LLC.

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following:  


A Subdivision Application for Pfisterer Addition First Amendment 
•    the vacation of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of  the Pfisterer Addition, and  
•    the creation of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.

Snow Berm Removal Request for Bids

​

The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids for snow berm removal for the 2025-26 winter season. The work is generally completed during night time hours and only after the Town requests removal of the snow berm.  The work generally consists of snow blowing the berm into side dumps and hauling snow to identified staging areas in town. The Town of Pinedale provides loaders and operators at staging areas to pile snow that has been removed.

 

The bidder must provide a minimum of three (3) side dumps and one (1) snow blower in good working condition capable of removing berms and blowing into a side dump as well as all operators, drivers, staffing, etc. to complete the job. All services must be available within 24 hours of notification.

 

As part of your bid, please provide the following information to the Town of Pinedale:

 

  1. List of equipment to be used to complete the job, including the hourly rate of equipment with operator for each piece of equipment

  2. Total hourly cost for operations

 

Selection of a qualified contractor will be based on the ability of the contractor to provide the necessary equipment and staff to complete the work as well as cost. The Town shall reserve the right to reject a bid based on inadequate equipment to do the job in a safe and efficient manner. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If the contract is awarded, it shall be to the lowest bidder who shall be determined qualified and responsible at the sole discretion of the Town Council.

 

If the work is performed to the expectation of the Town, the contractor and Town of Pinedale will have the option to extend the contract for a second year.

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following:   

  1. Pursuant to §400-23, a Subdivision Application for Swingers Greens Fourth Filing requesting: 

  • the vacation of Lot 1, Swingers Greens Addition; and  

  • the vacation of Lot 2, Swingers Greens Addition; and  

  • the creation of Lot 15 and Lot 16.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss the following:

  1. Pursuant to §160-26, a Variance application regarding Article X R-2 District §475-67 Yards and Article XII R-4 District §475-89 Yards; requesting to allow the minimum side yard distance to be 5 feet and 9 feet, for every building envelope within Bloomfield Subdivision Block 6, therefore maintaining 14 feet between building envelopes.
