Advertisement for Bids -- Jet-A Aircraft Refueler

The Town of Pinedale, Wyoming is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of a used Jet-A aircraft refueler for the airport, Ralph Wenz Field. The Town intends to acquire a refueler with a minimum usable fuel capacity of 3,000 gallons suitable for general aviation and small turbine aircraft operations.

As part of the bid, the Town is seeking to include a trade-in of an existing 1,500-gallon Isuzu Avgas refueler as a bid alternate. A separate trade-in specification sheet will be provided by the Town.

Bids must be received by the Office of the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope by 4:30 p.m. on March 5, 2026, at Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, where they will be publicly opened.

This procurement is conducted in accordance with applicable Wyoming Statutes governing municipal purchasing. The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid that, in the judgment of the Town, is most advantageous to the Town and the airport, Ralph Wenz Field.
