Per §160-22 and §160-26 of the Pinedale Town Code, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 12 p.m., in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library, 155 S Tyler Ave., Pinedale, WY 82941.
The purpose of the public hearing is consideration of the following:
1) A Conditional Use Application, submitted on behalf of Union Wireless, for a Macro Cell Tower located within the corporate limits of the Town of Pinedale
at 1033 West Pine Street, in the parking lot of Fremont Peak Post 4801 V.F.W. Inc.

2) A Variance Application submitted on behalf of Union Wireless, to the Town of Pinedale requesting a variance to code §475-115 Height limit; for said Macro Cell Tower. The maximum height for structures in the C-1 zone district is 35 feet.
