Notice of Public Hearing - Pinedale Estates Addition

Pursuant to §400-35, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025, in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following:

Final Plat Submission for Pinedale Estates Addition, Block 5 Second Amendment;

• the vacation of Lot 1, Pinedale Estates Addition, Block 5, and

• the vacation of Lot 8, Pinedale Estates Addition, Block 5 First Amendment, and

• the creation of Lot 1 and Lot 2.

The application is submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Hat Creek Land Co, LLC.
