Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to §400-35, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale’s Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, in the Main Conference Room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following:

A Final Plat Submission for Pfisterer Addition First Amendment

• the vacation of Lot 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Pfisterer Addition, and

• the creation of Lot 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.

The application is submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Sand Draw, LLC and Casey and Claire Fairbanks.
