The Town of Pinedale has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.


This is a full-time, year-round position.

 

This job requires a strong attention to detail and current computer skills. Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Mail and Microsoft One-drive are required daily. Experience with Caselle Government Accounting Software is preferred.

Daily interaction with the public and co-workers is required. The ability to work both in a team environment and independently with little daily direction are necessary. The work load will include bi-weekly and monthly deadlines.
