Notice of Final Payment

Pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale has accepted the work on HK Contractors, Inc.- Ralph Wenz Field Rehabilitate S GA Apron, AIP NO. 3-56-0021-030-2024, 3-56-0021-031-2025, and 3-56-0021-032-2026, State No. APNA031, as substantially completed as to Bid Schedules 1, 4 and 5 of the Rehabilitate S GA Apron Project, according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Contract.

HK Contractors, Inc. is entitled to final settlement for that portion of the contract substantially completed. Upon the 41st day, August 11, 2025, after the first publication of this notice, that the Town of Pinedale, under whose direction of supervision the work has been carried out, will pay to HK Contractors, Inc. the full amount due under the Contract as to the portion of the Contract deemed substantially completed.

All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to HK Contractors, Inc. in accordance with the terms of the Contract on January 27, 2025, for that portion of the Contract deemed substantially completed. This section does not relieve HK Contractors, Inc. and the sureties on the bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Contract.
