Since 1952, the Town of Pinedale residents have been responsible to keep the sidewalks fronting their property clean, removing snow, slush, and ice from them. Snow from the sidewalks may be put out into the street gutter per Section 395-7 of the Pinedale Municipal Code. Snow from driveways, however, may not be plowed, blown, or shoveled into the the street (Section 299-7). Failure to abide by Town Code may result in a citation.
