Phone System Upgrade - Request for Proposals

The Town of Pinedale is requesting proposals to upgrade the Town's phone system to a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) based system including an SIP provider, phones that include individual extensions and voicemail, upgrade to a fire code acceptable internet/cellular system, and fax to email or an acceptable alternate system.


A site visit is strongly encouraged. Please email Spencer Hartman at spencerhartman@townofpinedale.us to schedule.

  • Site visits must be completed by Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 5 p.m.

  • General inquiries will only be accepted on or before Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 5 p.m.

  • Deadline for Quote Responses is Wednesday, March 30, 2022, by 5 p.m.

  • Town of Pinedale Town Council review and selection will be Monday, April 11, 2022.
