NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Main Conference Room of the Town Hall, located at 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the following application:


Pursuant to §160-26 of the Town Code, a variance request to allow construction of a deck and covered patio area on the side-yard of the house on the property legally described as Fox Willow Park III Addition, Lot 42, Pinedale, Wyoming. The applicant is requesting the following variances:

  • a. Article IX, R-1 Residential District, §475-56 (Yards.) – A variance from the required seven-feet (7 ft) side yard setback, for the construction of a covered porch within 32” of the property line.

  • b. Article IX, R-1 Residential District, §475-57 (Yard Encroachments.) – A variance to allow the proposed porch overhangs to encroach beyond the allowance of two feet, leaving roughly 2’ of clearance between the property line and the overhang structure.

The application has been submitted by Rex and Lori Wortham for the property legally described as Fox Willow Park III Addition, Lot 42, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941.


All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide testimony regarding the proposed application. Written comments may also be submitted to paz@townofpinedale.us or delivered to Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941 prior to the public hearing and will be made part of the official record.
