Notice of Public Meeting, Final Plat

NOTICE OF TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

Pursuant to §400-35, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale’s Town Council will consider the final application for Final Plat at 5 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026, in the Main Conference Room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following:

A Final Plat Submission for Par Avenue Second Addition, Block 1, First Amendment

• the vacation of Lot 4, Par Avenue Second Addition, Block 1, and

• the creation of Lot 10 and 11, Par Avenue Second Addition, Block 1

The application is submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of NC Construction, LLC.
