Notice of Public Hearing - Par Avenue Second Addition

Pursuant to §400-23, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026, in the main conference room of Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.


The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following: 


A Subdivision Application for Par Avenue Second Addition

•       the vacation of Lot 4, Par Avenue Second Addition, Block 1, and  

•       the creation of Lot 10 and 11, Par Avenue Second Addition, Block 1

 

The application is submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of NC Construction, LLC.


The subdivision application will be considered by the Pinedale Town Council at 5 p.m. on January 12, 2026.  All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear or provide written comments. Written statements may be submitted to the Town of Pinedale no later than 2 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
