NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to §400-35, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale’s Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday September 28, 2026, in the Main Conference Room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.
The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following:
A Final Plat Submission for Swingers Green Subdivision;
• the vacation of Lot 1, Swingers Greens Addition, and
• the vacation of Lot 2, Swingers Greens Addition, and
• the creation of Lot 15 and Lot 16. Swingers Green Subdivision, Town of Pinedale, Sublette County, Wyoming
The application is submitted by Gannett Peak Surveying on behalf of Matt and Ashley Harber.
