Help Wanted - Full-time Admin Assistant - POSITION FILLED

The Town of Pinedale has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant.


This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and current computer skills. Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Gmail and Google Docs are required daily. The successful applicant will interact with the public daily; providing first level information to callers, walk-ins, and emailed requests.


The compensation package includes excellent health benefits, paid vacation and sick leave, holiday pay and a contribution to the Wyoming Retirement Fund. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and all employees are subject to ongoing random drug testing.
