Dudley Key Sports Complex Request for Proposals

The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids from organizations wishing to operate concessions at Dudley Key Sports Complex.

Applicants shall submit a proposal to operate concessions to the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY no later than 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Applicants shall include all services and goods that will be provided and the dates and hours of operation. Applicants shall also provide a proposed rent for the use of the Town facility and, if selected, General Liability Insurance naming the Town as an additional insured with a waiver of subrogation for a general liability policy in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
