Dudley Key Fields Sports Complex Concessions

The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids from organizations wishing to operate concessions at the Dudley Key Fields Sports Complex.

Applicants shall submit a request to operate concessions to the Town of Pinedale, 69 Pinedale South Road, Pinedale, WY no later than 5 PM, June 11, 2021. Applicants shall include all services and goods that will be provided and the dates and hours of operation.

Applicants shall also provide a proposed rent for the use of the Town facility and, if selected, General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence naming the Town of Pinedale as an additional insured.
