Advertisement for Bids - FBO Window Replacement Energy Retrofit Project

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale is accepting quotes for the purchase and replacement of Energy Star-rated windows at the FBO Facility and Hangar 7, located at Ralph Wenz Field, 9357 US Highway 191, Pinedale, Wyoming.

Emailed bids will be accepted via email per the bid documents, or delivered in person at 205 Entertainment Lane, until Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2 p.m. Quotes must be submitted in accordance with the request for quote documents and will be publicly opened and read at Town Hall.

This project generally consists of the removal and disposal of existing windows and the procurement and installation of new Energy Star-certified window units as specified in the project documents. Work includes exterior sealing and metal trim installation, recessing windows a minimum of three inches within existing red-iron openings, and installation of new stained or varnished pine interior trim. Optional enhanced acoustic window pricing is requested.

The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive all informalities, and may accept any quote which in its opinion best serves its interests.
