Advertisement for Bids - FBO Facility Furnace Replacement and Upgrades

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale is accepting bids for the replacement and upgrade of the furnace, air conditioning system, and related components at the FBO Facility located at Ralph Wenz Field, 9357 US Highway 191, Pinedale, Wyoming.

Emailed bids will be accepted per the bid documents, or delivered in person at 205 Entertainment Lane, until Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2 p.m. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the request for bid documents and will be publicly opened and read at Town Hall.

This project generally consists of the removal and replacement of the existing furnace with a high-efficiency gas furnace, installation of a new air conditioning system including evaporator coil and line set, rerouting of return and exhaust ducting through the lobby area, and all associated fittings, supports, and code-required components. Alternative A includes the replacement of the existing water heater with an on-demand gas-fired unit. All work shall comply with current mechanical, electrical, and building code requirements.

Paper or digital bid documents can be requested by contacting abrampearce@townofpinedale.us. The Town of Pinedale will not be responsible for full or partial sets of documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Town of Pinedale.

A site visit is strongly encouraged and must be completed by Friday, January 2, 2026, at 5 p.m. General inquiries must also be submitted on or before this date.
