The Town of Pinedale is accepting bids for the preparation and staining of the Airport House at Ralph Wenz Field, 58 Runway Lane, Pinedale, Wyoming. Work includes log cleaning, minor repairs, and exterior log stain. A site visit is required prior to bidding.
Bids may be emailed to abrampearce@townofpinedale.us and amysturman@townofpinedale.us or delivered to Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941, by Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened at that time.
Site visits must be scheduled with rileywilson@townofpinedale.us and completed by Friday, January 2, 2026, at 5 p.m. Questions must be submitted by the same date.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid that best serves its interests. Wyoming contractors receive a 5% preference. Final award is subject to contract negotiation and Town Council approval.
