Per §400-23 of the Town of Pinedale Municipal Code, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 5 p.m. in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library, 155 S Tyler Avenue, Pinedale, WY 82941.
The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss the following:
1) A subdivision application submitted by Jorgensen Associates on behalf of Wind River Resorts Pinedale, WY LLC, regarding the Wind River Resorts Subdivision
2) A subdivision application submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Jason Moyes regarding Bloomfield Addition, Block 6 and Block 9
The public hearing before Town Council will allow for input regarding each subdivision application, and all persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear and express their views.
