Seeking Bids for Dudley Key Sports Complex Concessions

The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids from organizations wishing to operate concessions at the ballfields.

Applicants shall submit a request to operate concessions to the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer, 69 Pinedale South Road, Pinedale, Wyoming, no later than 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

Applicants shall include all services and goods that will be provided, and the dates and hours of operation. Applicants shall also provide a proposed rent for the use of the Town facility and, if selected, general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence, naming the Town of Pinedale as an additional insured.
