Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale is soliciting bids for the Pinedale Airport – AWOS Improvement Project located at Ralph Wenz Field (PNA) in Pinedale, Wyoming. The project generally consists of removing old AWOS equipment and low voltage cable, extending the existing AWOS tower 10 feet, installing a new AWOS antenna, frequency filter, cabling, necessary appurtenances, and commissioning the new AWOS system.
Request for Proposal packages may be obtained at Town Hall or by email. Proposals must be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Pinedale, 69 Pinedale South Road, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941 (Town Hall) or by email until Monday, April 3, 2023, at 4 p.m.

The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive all informalities, and may accept any proposal which in its opinion, best serves its interests.
