The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids for a Sport Utility Vehicle. The Town of Pinedale intends to purchase a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive sport utility vehicle or cross-over sport utility vehicle. Quotations may be submitted in person or by certified mail, UPS, or FedEx. All bids must be received by the Town Clerk or Assistant Town Clerk in a sealed envelope by 12:00 noon on December 10th, 2018 at the Town Hall, located at 69 Pinedale South Road, Pinedale, WY 82941 where they will be publicly opened at 12:05 PM. Quotations must be made for vehicles that are in stock or available for delivery no later than December 12th, 2018 at 4:30 PM. The cost of the vehicle must not exceed $35,000 including purchase, licensing, delivery, and any other fees. The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Weight will be given to safety ratings, fuel efficiency, and cargo room. Vehicles quoted must include but are not limited to the following specifications:
