Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing - Cooley Second Addition, Block 6, Third Amendment

The Town Council hearing concerning final approval of the preliminary plat shall be January 24, 2022.
In accordance with Town of Pinedale Municipal Code 475-303; notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of Sublette County School District No. 1 located at 665 N. Tyler Ave. in Pinedale.
The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss the following:
A subdivision application submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Stonehammer Investments, LLC, titled Cooley Second Addition, Block 6, Third Amendment.
