In accordance with Town of Pinedale Ordinance 475-295; notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of Sublette County School District No. 1, located at 665 N. Tyler Ave. in Pinedale.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the following:
An Ordinance amending Chapter 475-71.1 Conditions on accessory dwelling units (ADU) in the R-2 District.
An Ordinance amending Chapter 475-82.1 Conditions on accessory dwelling units (ADU) in the R-2A District.
