Pine Street Bulb-out Demonstration Project

The Town of Pinedale is conducting a demonstration project to assess the impacts of bulb-outs (curb extensions) on select Pine Street intersections, that will include Fremont, Tyler and Maybell Avenues.

The Town is reviewing the existing conditions and the effects of temporary bulb-outs on street corners with the use of paint and cones. The use of bulb-outs can improve sight distance and safety for motorists and pedestrians by removing parking near intersections and extending the curb towards the intersection.
