Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 6 p.m. in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library, 155 S Tyler Ave., Pinedale, WY 82941.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the following:
1) A subdivision application submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Casey Dauwen, Hat Creek Land Co, LLC., regarding Crosswinds Lot Division, Lot 2.
The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will allow for input regarding the subdivision application, and variance request from Chapter 400, Code §400-88 Streetlights, §400-89 Water Supply, §400-90 Fire Hydrants, § 400-91 Sanitary Sewers.
All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear and express their views. Written statements may be submitted to the Town of Pinedale no later than 2 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
