Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to § 400-23, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following: 

A Subdivision Application for Pfisterer Addition First Amendment

•       the vacation of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of  the Pfisterer Addition, and  

•       the creation of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.

The application is submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Sand Draw, LLC.

The Subdivision Application will be considered by the Pinedale Town Council at 5 p.m. on November 10, 2025. All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear or provide written comments.
