NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5 p.m. in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.  


The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following:   


  1. Pursuant to §400-23, a Subdivision Application for Swingers Greens Fourth Filing requesting: 


  • the vacation of Lot 1, Swingers Greens Addition; and  

  • the vacation of Lot 2, Swingers Greens Addition; and  

  • the creation of Lot 15 and Lot 16.  


The application is submitted by Gannett Peak Surveying, LLC. on behalf of Matthew and Ashley Harber. 

 

  1. Pursuant to §475-303 a Zoning Language Amendment to §475-11 Definitions regarding the definition of Building Height. 

 

  1. Pursuant to §475-303 a Zoning Language Amendment to §475-244 Site design and function to clarify utility installation requirements in multi-family dwellings. 


The Subdivision Application and code language amendments will be considered by the Pinedale Town Council at 5 p.m. on October 13, 2025. All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear or provide written comments. For more information, please visit www.townofpinedale.us/announcements.
