Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the applicant whose name is set forth below filed a transfer application for the period of August 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, for a Retail Liquor License in the office of the Town Clerk of Pinedale, Pinedale, Wyoming.  

The date of filing, the name of said applicant, and the street address which the applicant desires to use as the place of sale are set forth below as follows:

Applicant: Four Peaks Operations, LLC., dba Pinedale Super Center         

Address: 1088 West Pine Street

Protests, if there be any against the issuance of this license, will be heard at the hour of 5 p.m. on Monday, the 28^th day of July 2025, in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, Wyoming.
