Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025, in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following: 

1. Pursuant to §160-26, a Variance application regarding Article XIV C-1 District §475-115 Height Limit requesting to allow the construction of a building in excess of the 35-foot height limit for the C-1 zone district. The proposed building is 36’ 9”. The application is submitted by Sublette County School District No. 1 regarding Bloom Lot Div., Lot 2.

   
   

2. Pursuant to §160-24, the consideration of a Special Development Plan for the construction of the Career Technology Education Center by SCSD No. 1 located at Bloom Lot Div., Lot 2.
