Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 5 p.m. in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.


The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following:

1. Pursuant to §160-22, a Conditional Use application regarding Article XIV §475-109 requesting the operation of an animal clinic/animal boarding facility at 650 W Pine Street. The application is submitted by Happy Endings Animal Rescue attn. Tami Crosson on behalf of Casey and Brooke Dauwen regarding JONES ADDITION, BLOCK 2, LOTS 1-3.

2. Pursuant to §160-26, a Variance application regarding Article X R-2 District §475-65 Lot area. requesting to allow the construction of 4-plex units on undersized lots. A 4-unit building requires a minimum lot size of 12,000 sq. ft. The proposed lot sizes range from 8,311 sq. ft. to 8,743 sq. ft., which is below the required minimum. The application is submitted by Chauncey Goodrich on behalf of NC Construction LLC regarding PAR AVENUE SECOND ADDITION, BLOCK 1, LOTS 1-3.

3. Pursuant to §160-26, a Variance application regarding Article XVIII Off-Street Parking and Loading; §475-151 Parking Lot Design requesting parking lot design where parking backs out onto adjacent Town right-of-way. The application is submitted by Chauncey Goodrich on behalf of NC Construction LLC regarding PAR AVENUE SECOND ADDITION, BLOCK 1, LOTS 1-3.
