NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to §400-23, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025, in the main conference room of the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.


The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the following: 

A Subdivision Application for Pinedale Estates Addition, Block 5 Second Amendment;

•       the vacation of Lot 1, Pinedale Estates Addition, Block 5, and

•       the vacation of Lot 8, Pinedale Estates Addition, Block 5 First Amendment, and

•       the creation of Lot 1 and Lot 2.

 

The application is submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Hat Creek Land Co, LLC.


The Subdivision Application will be considered by the Pinedale Town Council at 5 p.m. on May 12, 2025. All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear or provide written comments.
