Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with W.S. 15-1-112, the Pinedale Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 5 p.m. in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library located at 155 South Tyler Avenue in Pinedale, regarding the sale of property to Sublette County.

RECYCLED ASPHALT PAVEMENT OR ASPHALT MILLINGS

1. The Town of Pinedale is selling approximately 1,407 cubic yards of excess millings to Sublette County at $5 per cubic yard. The Town is supplying no labor or equipment for the removal of the millings from the site. All transportation and/or costs associated with the transportation of the millings will be completed by the purchaser.
