Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale is accepting bids for a general contract for the Town of Pinedale - PAC Indoor Air Treatment Project. Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Pinedale, P.O. Box 709, located at 69 Pinedale South Road, Pinedale, Wyoming, 82941 (Town Hall) until Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 11:00 AM Mountain Time. At that time, the bids received will be publicly opened and read at that location. Bids shall be delivered according to the Request for Bid. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions of Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Request for Bids. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference.
The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities. The Town of Pinedale may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
