The Town of Pinedale Planning & Zoning Office directs land development within the corporate boundary of Pinedale and advises on the 1-mile radius outside that boundary. Land development within this area is regulated by the 2008 Pinedale Master Plan and Zoning, Subdivision, Construction and other Ordinances. The Planning and Zoning Department acts as the point of contact for the public and developers on questions and direction on land development proposals and applications.
